I'm looking for an experienced Autocad designer to create a comprehensive plan for a residential construction project. It will involve 2 separate attached draft plans, both with a flat roof design in metric measurements. CAD file required at completion.

Key Requirements:
- Autocad Expertise: You should be proficient in working with Autocad, able to create detailed plans and sections.
- Residential Construction Experience: Prior experience with residential projects is preferred, as you'll be expected to understand the specific requirements and nuances of this type of construction.
- Intermediate Detailing: I require intermediate detailing, including some fixtures, in the sections and elevations.

The final deliverable should include:
- A high-quality Autocad plan
- Comprehensive and clear section details
- Elevation details that are well-detailed
- Both dimensions and annotations for the plan
-Add front verandas to both plans and standard entry door not sliding door.
