Realistic 3D Animations for a 3D Fan from Photos of original product

I'm looking for a 3D animator who can create highly realistic 3D designs from original photos (taken from various angles) of products we sell. These designs will then be displayed on 3D fans. The product should be very clearly visible and able to rotate 360°. These shouldn't be animations per se, but rather based on real photos. However, the product should be introduced with a nice animation and sometimes with text, such as a promotional price. The final file should be delivered in MP4 and various other common 3D file formats. I'll be able to send the photos for each item myself. I'd like to know how many photos are needed to achieve a 360° 3D effect and whether the photos should be provided on a white or black background. Before deciding who will do this, I'd like to be convinced by, for example, creating two examples for me. If these are satisfactory and we can agree on a fixed price, we'll likely be sending photos of products more often. I can send example photos and provide explanations of how I want them via email. I'm curious to see who wants to take this on with me.
