Project Description:
I need a PDF book converted into HTML and CSS, laying out the text similarly to how it appears in the PDF files.

i.e.
Images MUST be positioned correctly and have the correct annotation underneath
HTML/CSS MUST be neat and minimal. i.e. You cannot simply export the PDF as HTML/CSS from adobe and call it a day!
ALL fonts and styles, indentations must be controllable by CSS.

There are 18 chapters in this book and about 550 pages. I have attached a sample chapter to the job posting for you to analyze. Candidates that convert this sample PDF into the HTML/CSS version will get priority.
