Design an Admin Mobile Shopping Cart

We are looking to design a internal shopping cart for our internal and external reps to use. It will be hosted on one of our websites, built out of our shopping cart. This will be primarily used on Ipads. Work your magic, if this works on a single page, that would be great. If it is more of a step by step process that works as well. I would like it to look more like a mobile interface instead of a website.
I see this as including several elements:
Login Screen for Internal/External Reps
Section for Purchaser Information
Section to select pre-existing packages
Section for Line times of purchase along with cost
Section for Tax
Section for discount
Section for Shipping information (This may be calculated automatically, however they may need to change this field.)
Section for Payment (There will be two options, either putting in the credit cart on this page, or using a external app to swipe a card)
Very Easy to use with intuitive design
Friendly looking, but not oversimplified (We need to show this to the customer to confirm the order)
A thank you for purchase page
I have included our old method of order filling, this was using a fill-able pdf and them manually processed later. In this implementation we are planning on removing this form and leaving our new "Rep Shopping Cart" in place of it. I also included the company logo and an example marketing piece (This piece is an add for our consumer shopping cart, I like the elements and the feel), please use this for color scheme/overall design elements.
