PHP Quiz Player, using XML files and mySQL

Hello,

I require a PHP coder to create a php/html based quiz player.

What will happen is this

1) I will login with a username/password (mySQL table named 'users')

2) Once authenticated correctly it will load a page containing all of the quizzes from a mySQL table named 'resources_quiz')

3) I will then click on a quiz. It will load a xml file, from a pre-determined area. This is an encrypted xml which it will decrypt

4) It will parse the xml file creating the quiz to play.

5) Quiz will contain various questions along with the choices. Each question will have a title, possibly an image, then up to 6 possible answers.

6) Once submitted the quiz is marked and then the results are entered into the table named 'results_resources_quiz') and presented to the user
