Xcart website needs a custom color scheme

This job is really simple. Right now my website has the default color scheme in place. My website content does not look very good with the white background. I need the background to be black, the text should be white and the rest of the colors adjusted so they work with the black background.
FYI, my website sells erotic ebooks so if you find erotica in any way offensive you do not want to submit a bid.
Also, my preference is to have the job done by somebody in the USA. With so few jobs available in the US I can't justify offering this job to somebody in another country. To do so would show a marked lack of sensitivity to the struggles of the people all around me.
