DNS, A record, MX Record SPF and Plest mail settings

We have a dedicated server running plesk that is hosting 4 domains.
The server has 3 IP address allocated to it
Domain 1 runs on a dedicated IP address due to ssl cert - this IP address is also the servers IP address
Domain 2 runs on a dedicated IP address due to ssl cert
Domains 3 & 4 share on the third IP address.
We seem to have some trouble in the way in which our DNS and mail records/plesk is configured.
We often have our mail flagged as spam/junk. I have perfomed some tests using mxtoolbox etc : Below are the results,
Domain 1
SP record error/warning
Domain 2 :
SPF record error/warning
SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch
Domain 3:
Reverse DNS FAILED! This is a problem
A Valid SPF Record was not found
A Valid TXT Record was not found
The Certificate is invalid (SSL) - this domain doesnot have an SSL - not sure why this is flagging up???
Domain 4
SMTP Reverse Banner Check Reverse DNS FAILED! This is a problem.
SPF Record A Valid SPF Record was not found
TXT Record A Valid TXT Record was not found
HTTPS Certificate Check The Certificate is invalid - this domain doesnot have an SSL - not sure why this is flagging up???
We need someone to go in and fix the errors. We have full root access to the server/plesk as well as access to the DNS settings in both plesk and where we registered our domains.
