Writing a script for superoffice CRM system

Project is for someone familiar with superoffice CRM software. Require to write a script (I believe in VB) to do some simply features such as populating boxes with data that is already in the screen. The users use superoffice on 'travel' so it will need to work for the travel users and it will need to be installed on the admin module so it totally set up (i.e. we don't have knowledge of how to install VB scripts in the admin module ourselves)
