Entertaining 2D Animation Video

I'm looking for an engaging 2D animation expert to create a video that captivates and entertains my audience. For a crypto project. The video will need to be between 1 to 3 minutes long. Perfect for youtube shorts. Each episode there wil be two characters. One of them will always be the same person (the animated host who is our brand mascot)
We are looking for two videos a week to start
Key requirements include:
- Proficiency in 2D animation: The ideal candidate should be able to bring creative 2D designs to life, ensuring a visually appealing end product.
- Storytelling skills: A good grasp of story flow and ability to convey the intended message in a captivating manner is crucial.
- Understanding of audience engagement: The video should be designed to keep viewers interested and entertained throughout.
