Create web app based on chatgpt API and custom model . With frontend and backend

Requirements :

The idea is to create a web application that integrates ChatGPT API and a custom model. The functionalities include generating scenarios using ChatGPT API and then distributing tasks to users based on the scenario and their profiles or needs.

For example, let's say the chatbot has users A, B, C, and D. The system selects which user to assign a task to based on their profile or needs. If the task is assigned to user B, they perform the task. If user B accepts the task, the system may assign a task to user A next. If user B declines, the system may change the scenario or assign the task to users C or D.

In essence, users interact and cooperate to accomplish their goals or needs by completing tasks assigned to them based on dynamically changing scenarios generated by the system.
