Transition Miva 9 Store into Bootstrap ReadyTheme

Have a web store built in the Miva Merchant 9 shopping cart platform. Need the site transitioned into one of Miva’s “ready themes” framework (Iron & Wool), and then modified to suit our needs.
Components and pages that would need to be modified include:
Global Header, incl. Navigation
Global Footer
Category Template Page
Product Template Page
Cart/Checkout Screens
Generic Information ‘Page’
Looking for someone who is already fluent in the Miva Merchant 9 shopping cart, MivaScript, CSS3, HTML5, (etc.), who can create well commented code that will allow a less experienced person to edit and modify it.
I need this person to be able to work with a designer to develop these templates. Detailed wire frame will be provided for project development.
Please provide an estimated time required to complete the work, an hourly rate and an overall cost to complete the work specified above. Please find the attached wire
frame samples for review.
