I am looking for an individual experienced in AI, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Azure or a similar platform. The task requires the conversion of a dual-language book, found at the following link - [login to view URL] into a .tmx file format through the use of AI.

Essentials for this project are:

- Knowledge and experience with AI, ideally with Microsoft Azure

- Proficiency in English and some knowledge of German language
