Zapier / Moodle Automation Specialist Needed

I am setting up a new business, selling Moodle courses online. I will be using EKM as my website / payments platform.

I will need to automate the following

1) Customer order in EKM

Trigger = new customer order. Automate the entry of key data into a Google Sheet or Excel File

2) Customer details added to Google Contacts

3) Integration with Moodle

- Creating a new Moodle account (if a new customer)

- Giving access to the particular Moodle course that the customer has purchased

I am still in the set up phase, so can design my processes / workflow to make automation easier (i.e. this is, relatively speaking, a blank piece of paper).

I am seeking an expert who is proficient in Zapier automation. My project revolves around streamlining the user enrollment process.

Project brief:

- Advising me on how to set up my business processes to facilitate automation

- Creating Zapier automations for the business processes listed above (and perhaps others too, as the business develops)

Ideal Candidates:

- Should have in-depth experience with Zapier integration and automation,

- Prior experience with Moodle will be highly beneficial,

- Excellent attention to detail.
