Interactive Website for Consumer Electronic Products with basic Email shopping cart

A website that offers consumer electronics, person must have with a high degree of Graphical skills, please do not apply if you do NOT have good graphical skills, this is a must. The Website will only have a simple database for a shopping cart but no e-commerce , no credit card processing , only a virtual shopping cart that both stores customer items with Email Send Feature.
The site should allow any person to create a shopping basket after it will ask them to register with their email and required pass word along with first, last name, address, , country, contact number, email, twitter, facebook name.
The site must be visually impact-full, I will need a backend feature for admin to load new pictures of products on the site and write up and view registered customers, I expect to be able to export customer list to an excel file. Basic menu would be " About, Products,New Products,Review,Software downloads.
Each item would have a sub page that expand the picture and detailed description of the product which in-turn would give them the option to add to shopping cart..
