I want to make a vpn website with openvpn , pptp

I want to make a vpn website with openvpn , pptp, and make a client software and all needs to be installed and connected to server

1:- openvpn server with free radius setup

2:- client with option to login and connect with pptp and openvpn.

3:- openvpn should connect with three modes udp,tcp,icmp

3:- all ports can connect on udp and tcp , user has to specify the ports in client and it should connect.

4:- full server side [url removed, login to view] website setup
