[PHP - Discord API ] User Discord get "Ephemeral Message" from Chatbot Development -- 3

I am a PHP programmer. I have programmed a function that sends commands to the API [login to view URL] to request the bot to perform some commands. However, the server returns 204 No Content. I checked the group chat logs, I saw that Discord returned a type of message called "Ephemeral Message".
I understand this type of message is temporary and can only be seen by me and the bot. I need you to help me write a PHP function that can somehow retrieve data from that "Ephemeral Message". Because when I have data, I have parameters to send the next command.
