Software and interface developer for a heat map project in a building

We are using aduino Pro mini and AMG8833 heat sensor to create a heat map for a retail space. We need a software developer / engineer to build a simple prototype software and user interface for this project. Software to be cloud based for easy access via a web login. Software developer / engineer to recommend suitable web hosting platform for the software.
In this retail space, there will be a total of 240 heat sensor points over the ceiling.
Objective: To detect human presence lingering within any specific area for more than 15 seconds and record the frequency of the hit rate.
Software needs to allow user to generate a report (Monthly, Weekly, Daily, every 4 hours, every 2 hours) on the hit rate and movement of crowd within the retail space.
Timeline to create a simple software prototype: 2wks
