As a firm offering financial refunds in the Healthcare sector, we're specifically focused on securing energy refunds for our clients. We're in need of an experienced English-speaking phone appointment setter who can persuasively liaise and secure meetings with prospective clients in the healthcare industry.
Your responsibilities would include:
- making calls to follow up our email campaign to Nursing Homes
- Setting appointments for financial consultation regarding energy refunds
- Maintaining a consistent call schedule
- Maintaining CRM, database records
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in appointment setting, specifically in the healthcare or financial services sectors
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Knowledge about energy refunds will be a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and secure appointments effectively
