Fix Elementor, add form and make my calculators look better and easier to use on my WordPress website

I am looking for a WordPress developer who:
(1) can help me fix functionality issues with my Elementor plugin. It currently gives me an error message which asks me to enter safe mode. I enter safe mode and it idles without actually working. I have attempted to deactivate all plugins and add them in again but this doesn't appear to be the issue as the issues persist. I'm not sure why. I suspect it may be due to updating the site. I do not have a test site but I do have a backup copy if needed.
(2) add an order form or subscription form to my website that when they enter their email they will receive multiple files to their inbox that they can download. This is a simple form that doesn't require payment. Will contain 3 fields (first name, last name and email) and when submitted they will receive an email with the downloads. It also acts as a subscription form so will need to capture their details. The subscription form will need to be replicable across the website.
(3) I have 3 different types of mortgage calculators on my website which I built via the Calculated Field Form plugin. The calculators work but they are not user friendly and don't look good. Could you help me to update these so that they are modern, easy to use and look good.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Troubleshooting and fixing any functionality issues with Elementor
- Customizing and integrating a subscription or order form onto my website
- Ensuring the form fields align with my detailed list of requirements
- Recreating my 3 mortgage calculators to make them look good and are easy to use.
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
