Hi, I have a Magento shop (150K products) which I need to optimize for speed and performance. Magento 1.9.3.1 with FPC, REDIS, OpCache, CSS/JS optimizer but I need everything to be configured correct for smooth performance. I need to optimize Percona and Nginx settings and if is necessary to add separate server for MySQL. The current server is HDD SAS, 34GB RAM, 16 CORES E5 CPU. I need page speed of 1-2 sec per page without FPC. Check if some extension cause slow queries and disable or fix them.

I need help optimizing my Magento webpage. Right now my server is placed in Amsterdam, from Stockholm the load time shows as 2.38s on pingdom. The page size is 4.8MB, crazy big for such an easy site. 4.10MB of this is the few images on the page, so most of the job would be to fix that and I think very much work is done. The page has 47 requests. Right now im using Magento with Lesti FPC, Memcache, NGINX, PHP7, Percona, Fooman Speedster, Kraken Image optimizer, An Defer Javascript extension. The server is a shared server, The GoGeek plan at SiteGround. Now I would believe my setup was great, but obviously not. I have magento 1.9.2.4 web site - My problem is When changing language or currency cpu usage goes too high over %95 and seperating multiple process. And sometimes giving php memory error, I tried to change memory to 2048mb same problem. This is not a server or session issue. Should be straightforward using the appropriately-configured device tree and config file, and GPIO-FPC adapter PCB based on the similar Adafruit device. This project is only suitable for developers who have specific experience of Magento Mirasvit Full Page Cache. We are running Mirasvit FPC but we have a bad effect with the megamenu. Switching off the cache removes the problem. So we would like to configure the FPC so that the megamenu is not cached. Unless you have specfic experience of punching holes in Mirasvit FPC to disable caching of elements, please do not pitch for this job. We require any files needed to be supplied together with any configuration instructions.

But the add to cart and onestepcheckout and placing an order functions are really slow. We need to have someone who is experienced with magento speed up our website. We are about to launch our magento site but GTmetrix shows score F fore page speed and has other grades of F on some recommendations. (see attached image) Site needs to be more responsive. Lesti FPC (full page cache) has been installed. Mem Cache has been implemented. Redis Cache has been implemented. Flat catalog and flat product have been enabled. I need someone to analyze the site to see why it is slow as we are on a dedicated server. There could be some excess files left over from template that could be slowing it down or it could be due to other reasons. Would like someone to address the F grades for the site from GTmetrix as well to get the grades up to A-B.

We have a Magento Store that is consuming much more resources than it should. It is hosted on AWS and has separate instance for DB and Cache, we also have CDN and FPC. Still it is consuming a lot of CPU resources and leading to slow response. There seem to be some underlying issues like slow SQL queries that is causing this issue.
