We would like to expand the size of the garage - likely 15 -18 feet off the back of the garage and into the yard. We could even go out front a tiny bit. We want it to be two stories high with 1/3 of the upper area as a bonus space room - tv, bar, trophy area, couch, etc. The rest of the height would allow for storage and a lift or two in the garage to put cars up on that don't get used much or need to be worked on. We'd like the back bump out to have a big garage door that opens into the yard for a social area. And, the whole house could use new siding and a new front porch.
