We operate , which is currently taking pre-orders Our frontend is on shopify, via custom theme. our backend is on BackerKit, which handles order flow, inventory, logistics. A widget is installed from BackerKit into all the preorder buttons on the site "", which allows you to checkout on backerkit without navigating away from our site. However, we can't tag any of the events (for tracking purposes) within the widget for facebook pixel due to backerkit having a closed development structure. This has been working for many years, however last week we changed our external static IP address, installed a new router (Meraki MX68) and changed server IP address.
