I am interested in a custom CRM for managing our company's interaction with current and future customers.
I would need a web application so that we can use it at more locations (computers) with different users at the same time (like Google Sheets). Every entry should be categorized due to which of the employees has entered the customer. This is necessary because we have more stores and we have to know where the customer came from.
The customer should have an option A or B so that the CRM can separate the customers into two lists.
I would also need a search option, so I can search customers per name, address or any other data I have entered in the customer “contact form”.
I would need an import option, so I can import excel files with data.
And there is only one more thing.
For every customer I would need to set a timer. So that the CRM will notify me when the customers period of time is over and I have to call them to inform them about the situation.
