I am looking for an auto blog creator to autmatically register blogs on given sites like:

These are just example, I will give you a full list of 250 blog networks which needs to be added to the tool. I want a tool autocreating the captchas so a one click application. Best would be to get it webbased if you cannot C / C++ will also be accepted.
