Implement equations and algorithm from a machine learning research paper

Implement the equations and the algorithm described in the attached paper using Python(2.7/3.4/3.5/3.6). Requires Machine Learning knowledge particularly Neural Networks. The code should be well commented. Use of opensource Machine learning/deep learning libraries is allowed. (PyTorch or Tensorflow). Use of other opensource implementations in parts/whole is allowed with proper citations.

A successful submission will include:

a. Implementation of the complete algorithm described in section 2.4 of the paper including TTH.

b. Implementation of the test scripts to evaluate the developed algorithm. The test is also described in the paper under section 3.

c. Code to generate the comparison graphs in section 3.3 to evaluate the test results (b).

NOTE: The developed code cannot be published elsewhere prior to written approval from this project owner.
