Customization of a facebook fan page

I am looking to customize a fanpage geared towards the home remodeling industry. The company specializes in deck construction, patio building, window replacement, roofing, siding replacement, sunrooms, painting, kitchen remodeling, bathrooms, basement remodeling, additions, and even full-on construction.

By customize, I mean I would like to add customizable tabs which will welcome new users to join, opt in for a free report, ect ect.
