Longterm Craigslist Project: 7-10 Daily craigslist postings for one city

Home Remodeling Company looking to have daily postings for 7-10 product listings on craigslist (one for each product). I would like to do this ideally long term (all year) so please be competitive. I would require a daily email with links to the postings. Links would need to be placed between 6am-9am estern time USA. Please answer the following questions in the pmb: 1)How will you be able to post 7-10 posts in a single city without being deleted/banned? What precautions do you take? 2)can html templates/ anchor text links be used in the posts? 3)Will prior postings need to be deleted everyday that you post a new one? 4)Do you have any past/current experience with craigslist postings? This will be a long term project so please be affordable and assure me that you can successful do daily postings without being deleted, flagged, and/or banned.
