Building a UI with Pyside (code only)

First of all, I want an experienced freelancer for this task, and someone who is already familiar with PySide. Additionally, if you're not commenting your code shouldn't bid.

The reason why i'm not doing this by myself is that python is not my field of expertise, and I want this to be done 'the right way'. I'm not even sure I will end up using PySide, this is supposed to help me decide.

This project is about putting together a UI in a clean and extendable manner (with code).

This is not commercial, the purpose is just to see how clean this can be with pure code with PySide, and possibly as a base for other UI stuff if I end up using PySide.

What i need from you is:

Create a dynamic/extendable PySide window, similar to the application CCleaner. It doesn't need much content, just enought to see that it works. The most important thing is to write this with code (no UI files), with structured, extendable, clean and commented code. And that the UI itself is working dynamically.

I have attached an example image of how the window should look.
