English to Tagalog Subtitling

We are seeking to build a team of linguists for a big continuous subtitling/captioning project for one of our clients, which is a non-profit organization. To start off, we are looking at a volume of 10 hours a week which should increase in future. As it’s a non profit organization and the volume is high, we are looking at very competitive rates. Following are more details on the
project:
The type of content ranges from single-speaker non-technical content, to documentary films, although the bulk of the work is single-speaker non-technical content, which is typically considered one of the "easier" forms of video to caption and translate. There could be three different kind of projects for
subtitling/captioning:
Type #1 Translating English-spoken videos: We will send you English source video as well as the .SRT file with English subtitles and respective time codes which can be used as a reference/guide. You need to deliver subtitles in Tagalog language in .SRT format. The English SRT file provided will contain the spoken English, plus any plot-relevant on-screen text that would need to be subtitled in Tagalog.
Type #2 Captioning Tagalog videos: We will send you Tagalog source video. You need to deliver a Tagalog captioning file in SRT format. This caption would need to include SDH/Captioning information for deaf and hard of hearing. What SDH/Captioning means is that apart from normal subtitling, it also includes subtitling of noise, music, sound that would be useful for deaf and hard of hearing.
Type #3 Captioning and translating non-English videos: We will send Tagalog source video. You would deliver Tagalog captioning (includes SDH/Captioning information for deaf and hard of
hearing)
and translation into English (translations do not need SDH/Captioning information for deaf and hard of hearing) in two different SRT files.
