I am looking for great coders who can also manage multiple projects at once and are great at communications, and are english speaking. I will be forwarding them 100+ projects every month and they might have to deal with 300+ projects at any given time after the first month. So they need be able to work well with details and efficiently. They will have to communicate with clients and coders and respond to their msgs. Requirements:
1) They need to have Standard Freelancer Account.
2) They need to be available full time [not be working any other job anywhere else].
Payments: 30% of project's profits after all expenses.
Expected income: About $10000 a month if projects are managed well.
