Hi, I'm looking for someone to develop a formulation for a new protein powder drink using an existing protein powder. No need to develop the protein powder itself, the challenge for this one is in forming it into a dissolvable ball shape.
The requirements are:
1. Must contain between 20-30g of protein powder (fruity flavour powder)
2. The formulated powder should taste predominantly like the original protein powder flavour used, without its taste being impacted by any other ingredients added such as carbonates, acids or preservatives.
3. The formulated powder is to be moulded into a cube or sphere that can be individually packaged without any breaking or fracturing.
4. Must contain additives or preservatives required to give the ball a 6-month + shelf life.
5. The product must hold shape outside of its packaging. Breaking should only occur when dropped in a liquid. The amount of liquid should be as per the instructions of the protein powder used.
6. The product created should be shaped in a way that enables easy storage of multiple capsules. i.e the customer should be able to store 5 capsules in a bag/purse easily.
