We are a major Australian retailer looking to improve aspects of the checkout experience. We are looking for a freelancer to create simple customer journey maps, highlighting customer friction and pain points throughout the process. Maps should be simple for a broad audience and visually appealing. We would like someone to start as soon as possible for a short-term deliverable, with potential to do additional work in the future.
