Highly advanced Excel skills - Update an expense spreadsheet, pivot tables, subtotals, etc

I have an excel spreadsheet tracking my expenses from many bank accounts, credit cards etc across a number of spending categories for 9 months of this year.
I need someone with highly advanced Excel skills and Excellent English to update the spreadsheet.
Please provide examples of your past advanced excel work & sufficient info to show your excellent English skills.
The work required is as follows:
1) Insert formulae so that any expense coding changes in the Detail sheet automatically updates all totals / averages in the Summary sheet (currently Summary sheet was just copy / paste values)
2) Update the layout of the data sheet to insert additional columns & formulae to allow some Other categories to be coded to new specific codes, then check that the formulae work fully;
3) Setup file & formulae in such a way that its very easy for a non excel expert to add future months (with totals working) and future split outs of expenses into other categories.
Pls send details of your experience as requested above, I will respond to the best people and then I will provide the file if it looks like there's a match between us. I don't want to send the file to everybody just yet. I am a fair payer to deal with - have developed this file through a good partnership with another Freelancer who has been very good at the more basic data type work. But I want to work with an expert to quickly get this next stage done. thanks
