SEEKING HELP FOR AN EMAIL CAMPAIGN

I would like to hire a Freelancer to verify email addresses and email a campaign for me. I will forward four email lists for a total of 2,963,924 email addresses of which 95% are dead email addresses (that’s why we need to verify the email addresses first). After the email campaign has been completed, I would like the Freelancer to return 8 email lists to me: 1) Four email lists without the dead email addresses and bounces; and 2) Four email lists without the dead email addresses, bounces and identifying the unsubscribes. The Freelancer will work with me to create the content of the email that would consist of text and graphics. I would like a money-back guarantee (not based on the number of emails that go through but rather on the quality of your work) and a 3-month warranty. Please do not quote a price and then attempt to change it later. This is a Micro Project so the range you should bid on is: $10-30. Remember when you select your bid price, you are competing against other Freelancers’ bid prices.
