G-Suite Administrator is needed to join one association of lawyers
$2-8 USD / hour
Description of the mission:
As a Google Suite Administrator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Administering the G-Suite platform for our legal consultation: site management, regular updates of articles, creation of accounts, definition of naming rules, configuration, administration of the association's accounts, etc.
- Create the Google calendar of availability and integrate it on the site of the consultation.
- Participate in the drafting of technical documentation for the legal team and formalize the best practices for the use of Google tools.
- Qualify, implement quality tools and monitor the key indicators necessary for the good promotion of the site.
- Accompany, collaborate and educate standard users of G-Suite.
- Provide technological monitoring around Google's tools.
These tasks are not limitative.
Required profile:
You have at least one experience in Google Environment Management (G Suite), and Google Cloud. Ideally, you are good at site administration.
To speak fluently in English is mandatory to succeed in this role.
You know how to optimize and organize our company data.
The post requires analytical, advisory/communication skills and independence.
