the main function is basically a place where you can upload stuff and people can comment and like or dislike (up vote or down vote like reddit) but it has to work without reloading the page whatsoever as a form of SPA (refer to the reference site)
your main job is to code, but you should be able to explain to us throughly about the coding, and make sure i understand the code and how it works.
prefer using django rest framework and angular js.
