Simple HTML email build from layered PSD File

We have one HTML email designs in photoshop that we need built to plug in to our backend system. Looking for a quick turnaround and compatibility across the maximum possible number of email clients.
There are 6 dynamic fields that will need to hook into our database, which are highlighted in yellow. Those fields are
- name
- number of entries
- street address
- suburb
- state
- postcode
the font for the text is arial and and the top and bottom sections above and below the text can be images, but we request that the teal section be a separate image to the pack shots on the tennis court.
