End Goal: A joomla site builder where users can build sites with a few button clicks using a front-end interface and choose from multiple templates

The site needs to be truly multi site where there is one code base and one db but users should be able to add their custom pages
A front end search where listings from all the sites are available for search
Users must be able to manage their store inventory, theme selections, logo, contact emails, announcements, cms pages and other settings via a front end interface
10 themes that needs to look different from each other. you can use free themes available out there but mock up of each theme must be approved by us.
