this is urgent.

I installed a script and it won't work. I don't need you to debug a script or create a software. I just want you to install a software that will run offline under windows and will print out the sense definitions of words from simple phrases of text that are given to it.
I Installed wordnet and other word disambiguation tools that run in perl but i get this error: [url removed, login to view]
when I installed the "similarity" tool it told me that I have to write
perl [url removed, login to view]
make
make test
make install
but the last 3 commands don't work because it is windows. so the problem may start from here.

I accept any tool to be used as long as it runs on windows.. it can be java too.
the task is considered completed when i can run a disambiguation tool on my computer and the tool prints the results right in the command prompt or exports a txt file with the results so i can extract those results under windows with an exe software that I make.
the milestone will be released only after the task is finished.
