9- Web Suite Portal/Corporate portal.

Terms & Conditions:
1- You must sign NDA-Agreement.
2- You must send us full proposal included time frame and work scheduling.
3- You must provide us with Application profile & User Manual guide for how to install & how to use.
4- You must sign a Technical Support/Maintenance contract for 3 months after the delivery of the project.
5- You must provide us with your official company paper like (Commercial Register & any others).
6- If you are freelancer or team of freelancers, you must provide us with at least 3 references and 1 recommendation letter.
7- We recommend to go with Open source like (Odoo, xTuple, Openbravo, Compiere, Opentaps, WebERP.... etc).
8- In case we received prefect application close to what we looking for, we can offer you Full-time job at our company in one of the best gulf countries for you and your team as well or we can sign long-term partnership.
9- You must provide us with Source code and all project files.
10- You must add a penalty clause in case of delay the delivery date or provide the software with critical bugs or syntax errors or lack of technical support within the period specified.
Finally; as you will use Open Source; you must install the main component within 2 weeks from the day of signing the contract (core-modules) then you can change whatever you want.
NOTE: this application is going to be private label for us under our own name, so we do not offer any credits for you as it will be copyright to us under license of Open Source.
