Scrape texts and images from a website

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me to write a script that I can use to scrape texts and images from a website.
The images must be saved in a seperate folder and the texts in a .csv file.
The script must be able to scrape image from php url's.
It must be easy for me to edit the script in such way that I can use it for multiple websites.
