Upgrade website with geospatial capabilities

I have developed the first phase of a project, and would like to take it further.
The project is a web-based representation of spatial data collected from various houses, stored in an SQL database. I would like someone to redo/upgrade the website to allow the following:
- Query on database, with a zoom on results
- Sub-query must be available
- Password access to data
- Selection of background maps (custom, google maps, bing)
- Must be able to input polygon kmz file (or similar) and yield search results from that area
Please provide a reference to previous geospatial functionality that you have implemented in a website (a pin-drop is not relevant)
