ZOHO CRM Integration with wordpress

I need the following to be mapped from my wordpress setup to zoho crm
1. Update and create member profiles.
2. Email management for membership alerts (updates, expiration, billing, support)
3. Internal Calendar and Alerts.
4. Taking notes for customer service and followups.
5. Processing payments for phone orders and manual membership level changes. This may require PCI compliance.
6. Managing leads
7. Add and remove categories and specialties and have it reflected on the site.
I do want to add that we should create a sales funnel process as well. Also, is there a way to tie a “ new Contact or prospect” to just a representative?” If a rep is working on closing a membership, I don’t want another rep to take credit for it. ( I hope that makes sense).
