customize a discord bot

i have a running discord bot that talks to the steem blockchain

this bot it made in python and i want customization in this bot

below is the requirement

1) Customized commands --> the bot will reply to random messages when users are chatting in discord

2) Customized dashboard --> each user subscribed to the bot can customize the bot in their own private dashboard where they can customize what notification they want from discord (currently the bot notifies for incoming votes, outgoing votes, mentions, comments, replies transfers in steem blockchain)

3) Any other discord server wanting to host this bot and welcome the discord bot to their server for a paid price

4) Witness missed and produced blocks --> the bot can notify whenever a witness in steem blockchain misses a bot

5) Coin prices --> the discord will send prices of different coin pirces from worldcoinindex when called upon

6) Steem Community posts resteem and posting announcements on discord servers who have suscribed the bot (other servers)

7) Order Create notifications for individuals in steem blockchain

8) Whenever the main account makes a post bot announces in the discord (Who have purchased discord bot suscription)
