Generate HTML Report using Python, Jinja2

I am looking for someone with experience in Python and Jinja2 to generate an HTML report.
You are required to write a python function that will read a text file with code snippets, URLs, file paths, tags and various keywords, which needs to be written into a nice-looking HTML report. The HTML template must include a base template and then require child templates.
The code snippet will be of various programming languages. You must use good CSS to make the code blocks look nice and highlight the code blocks and how they get nicely formatted in a code editor. There are already SCSS available; you have to use it to decorate the code blocks.
If you do a great job, you will have future python projects.
Please read the requirements thoroughly and bid only if you are experienced with Jinja2 and Python.
