We are a small team working on an automated algorithm applied to time series. Our size doesn't allow us to develop all pieces in-house so we are currently considering outsourcing their development and implementation to external consultants. The role requires skills and knowledge in data science and coding, professionalism (project management - deadlines, product delivery...) and most of all, reliability (honesty and good communication skills).
We see this project as a fundation for a true, honest and long-term partnership.
This first project is composed with the development and IT implementation of 4 algorithms:
- Hybrid SVR
- Hybrid BPNN-EEMD
- Hybrid Forecasting Scheme for Time Series Data
- Deep Learning for Time-Series Analysis
Implementations of the algorithms should be exactly following what's described in the articles.
Each algorithm will require a proper milestone which will be released only after delivery, test and review from our data scientist. Each milestone will be a fouth of the total price.
All algorithms will have to be delivered and validated within a maximum of 45 days from the date the freelance mission is accepted. The sooner the better.
The implementation will be made in Python, with a minimum documentation (comments"//" refering to the steps in the relative article inside the code, or a short documentation aside refering to the steps in the relative article).
The data sets to deveop and run some tests on the algorithm will be provided (Time series in CSV files).
