Executive Assistant

I am looking for a personal executive assistant (c-level assistant) who can help me with my side projects. All the time, I need to deal with something new, but due to the busy nature of my work, I don't have the time to do it.
Some of my current projects include:
1) planning my move to a different country - Spain (checking accommodations, contacting hosts via e-mail, negotiating, checking flights prices, COVID-19 conditions)
2) researching prices of stamps collections (finding different websites, contacting stamp collectors)
3) researching prices & conditions of different online schools for the Dutch language
4) researching taxes situation in Netherlands & Ireland
just to name a few!
Ideally, you and I will collaborate for many years to come. Hopefully, you already have experience doing this kind of job for somebody else and have a proven track record.
