Objective:
I am looking for someone who can help us find sources of Company Data in China sourced from official Chinese Government "Open Data" websites, available in Downloadable format. I would like to award this project to a Chinese person, or at least chinese speaking.
Starting point:
You may use your own knowledge, and point me towards an official government website (.[login to view URL]) that offers downloadable data (official, not scraped), that permits the download of company data - i.e. Company Name, Address, and Tax Identifier.
Otherwise, please follow this blog post; [login to view URL] and for each State, show the link to where Company data can be downloaded. There are 50 links on this page. For each link, you should show the download link, or if impossible, to explain why (website down / no data etc.)

I will only pay whatever you bid, do not ask for more payment than your bid, the answer is always no.
I will give a strong preference to Chinese individuals, due to the nature of the research.
