I have a personal website which is powered by vBulletin software. I use 4 .1 Suite of vBulletin.

Since i am not good with css and other codings, I need someone who can design a layout, sidebar and widgets for the home and blog pages.

I also need to optimize the page for better search results in google (seo)

All pages should be css format and work in all browsers without any problem...

I need this job done as soon as possible... So looking for just qualified coders/designers...
