SEO & SEM & Google Adwords for new Wordpress Health and Wellness Consultancy website

Client was unable to deliver project. Contact outside Freelancer to state my WP website needed to be redone for SEO purposes. Recommended a developer to do the work and then said he was not good. A poor stock free WP theme was recommened. Said the work was poor by the Developer and had find a new one. Had to pay for delays and no work being completed for SEO or Dev. One week has passed with no communication saying we are trying to find a new developer. No updates and poor communcation.
